Malayalam stalwart actor Mohanlal has successfully hosted the popular reality game show Bigg Boss Malayalam for 2 seasons. He is all set to turn host for the 3rd season, which will commence from February 14, on the occasion of Valentine’s Day.

Meanwhile, news about Mohanlal’s staggering paycheck for Bigg Boss Malayalam 3 has been going viral on the internet. Apparently, the star hero is getting paid a whopping Rs 18 crore as his remuneration to host this hit show. Mohanlal had reportedly charged Rs 12 crore to host the previous seasons.

Noted film and TV personalities like Aishwarya Ram Sai, Noobin Johnny, Anumol RS, Sreejith Vijay, Anil R Menon, Rajiv Parameswar, Gilu Joseph, Santhivila Dinesh and others are said to be the contestants in the soon-to-commence season.

Last week, star hero Suriya took to social media and revealing that he had been diagnosed with COVID-19. Needless to say, Suriya’s diagnosis has sent shockwaves across the film industry. The star hero also revealed that he was undergoing treatment and assured everyone that he will be back soon.

And yesterday, Suriya’s brother Karthi revealed that his Anna is back home and all safe. Karthi went on to say that Suriya will be in home quarantine for a few days. “Can’t thank you all enough for the prayers and best wishes,” Karthi tweeted, thanking all Suriya’s fans and well-wishers. Suriya’s next film under Pandiraj’s direction will kick-start later this month or in March.

It is widely known that senior hero Nagarjuna is all set to join forces with PSV Garuga Vega director Praveen Sattaru. The film is expected to go on the floors in the next couple of months.

Meanwhile, the latest update is that Praveen Sattaru has approached Bollywood actress Gul Panag for a key role in the movie. If the news turns into reality eventually, the film marks the Tollywood debut for the talented actress.
