How did you wrap up the film is such quick time?
The entire credit should go to Krish as he worked day and night for this project. Everything was properly planned and went according to the schedule. Even though we faced many difficulties, we stood by as a team and finished the project in time.
Your journey with Balakrishna?
Working with Balayya Babu is an experience in itself. Once he okays the project, he gives you hundred percent each and every day. He is a team player and we cannot forget the day he asked us to give him a normal room like everyone in the unit and only book economy class flight tickets throughout the shoot. This shows his respect towards the producers and every actor in Tollywood should learn from him.
Tell us about the first day collections?
The exact figures are yet to come. As of now, we are not bothered about the collections as we are overwhelmed by the response that we are getting. For us, the feeling that we have made a historical film is more than the money that will come.
About the budget of the film?
We spent close to 55 crores for the film and the output that has come out makes the film look even richer. So much has gone into the making of the film and we thank each and everyone who has worked on this project. They have given their best for the film and the output is there for everyone to see.
Tell us about other technicians in the film?
Sai Madhav Burra’s dialogues are winning superb applause from the audience. Krish and Sai share a superb rapport and this has transformed through some meaty dialogues on screen. Same is the case with Seetarama Sastry garu. The legendary lyricist has given life to the songs through his meaningful and heart touching lyrics.
Your next project?
As of now, we are basking in the glory of Satakarni and will only think about future projects some time later.
