Happening heroine Rakul Preet Singh has set sights on becoming a top league actress in a short span of time with multiple projects in the pipeline. Her latest flick ‘Pandaga Chesko’ will hit the screens on the 29th of this month. We caught up with her for a brief interview. Let’s see what she has to say
Q) Tell us something about Pandaga Chesko ?
Pandaga Chesko is a nice family drama with all the commercial elements to entertain the audience this Summer. Director Gopichand Malineni’s trademark elements and Ram’s energy will entertain audience big time.
Q) Give some details about your character in this movie ?
In this movie, I played the character of a girl called Divya, who is a strict environmentalist. I love plants and trees around me and dislike people who pluck them. My character has lot of funny shades and audience will like my character as it brings laughs in the theaters.
Q) You have bagged many projects in less time . What is the reason ?
I am very happy to sign multiple projects with big actors in a short time. My hard work is the secret behind this success. There is no end for learning new things and with every movie, I am trying to improve myself as an actress.
Q) How are you adjusting dates for your films ?
My manager looks after my dates as I am weak in managing them. I listen to the script and I proceed further if I like to work on the script. I simultaneously shot for Kick 2 and Pandaga Chesko. Now, I adjusted dates to shoot simultaneously for NTR and Ram Charan’s projects.
Q) How is it working with Ram for Pandaga Chesko ?
Ram has good energy levels in acting and dancing. Initially, I found it difficult to dance with him. But, later on, I got some suggestions from him which helped me to match his dancing skills.
Q) Tell us about director Gopichand Malineni ??
Gopichand is a good commercial director. He forms a mental picture in his mind about all the elements required in his movies. He has got great patience while working on the sets with different artists.
Q) What are your upcoming projects ?
I have two projects up my sleeve. I will join the shoot for Ram Charan’s flick from tomorrow and NTR’s flick will begin shortly. I am getting many offers but I need to adjust my dates before I accept them.
