Balti is a Malayalam action drama that stars Shane Nigam in the lead role. Directed by debutant Unni Sivalingam, the film hit the screens in September 2025 but has not made its OTT debut until now.
Finally, the movie is set to premiere on Sony LIV tomorrow (July 10) in multiple languages, including Telugu. Upon its theatrical release, Balti received mixed-to-negative reviews and emerged as a major box-office flop.
Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, Preethi Asrani, Alphonse Puthren, and Poornima Indrajith played key roles. Balti marks Shane Nigam’s 25th film as a lead actor. It remains to be seen if the movie can receive a better response on OTT. The music was composed by the latest sensation, Sai Abhyankkar.
