Maverick filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has once again stirred debate in the film industry with his bold comments about artificial intelligence and filmmaking.
The controversial director recently stated that a massive spectacle like Baahubali: The Beginning could soon be made with a budget of just ₹5 lakhs using AI technology.
According to him, rapid advancements in artificial intelligence will completely transform how films are created, reducing the need for massive budgets, large crews, and expensive sets.
Varma believes AI tools will soon allow filmmakers to generate visuals, action sequences, and even entire worlds digitally at a fraction of the current cost.
