Versatile director Puri Jagan’s son Akash Puri had made his acting debut with Mehbooba. Directed by Puri himself, the film released in summer and bombed at the box office. This has left Akash and Puri become more cautious about Akash’s next film.
Meanwhile, the latest we hear is that Akash is all set to start his new film under debutant Anil’s direction. New girl Gayatri Bharadwaj has been finalized as the female lead in the film.
