The highly-anticipated theatrical trailer for Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor’s upcoming crime drama, Animal, was released yesterday and it caused quite a stir across the country. The film is already carrying a huge buzz, and the trailer has now taken the hype to its peak.

Thanks to the massive impact Animal’s trailer is creating on social media, the advance bookings which have just opened in a select few locations in India and overseas are witnessing a huge storm.

In Hyderabad, the distributor has opened a limited advance booking at 5 pm on Thursday and the tickets are being sold like hot cakes. A whopping 5,000 plus tickets have been sold within just a few hours. The craze is such that almost all the screens are either sold out or fast filling. The bookings will open in a full-fledged manner on November 26.

On the other hand, Animal’s overseas advance bookings are going on in full swing, and there has been a huge demand for tickets for the opening weekend in several locations in the USA and Canada.

Also starring Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna, Animal is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and produced jointly by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani and Pranay Vanga. The film is scheduled for release on December 1.
