Brazilian model-turned-actress, Izabelle, who was last seen in a cameo in Mr Majnu, has clarified that she hasn’t officially signed Jayanth C Paranjee’s ‘Narendra’. The makers of the film made an official statement that they have roped in WWE wrestler, The Great Khali, to play a key role in the film which will have a boxing backdrop.
When the news began to make quite a lot of buzz, Izabelle, who is currently in Brazil, took to Twitter to set the record straight. “I just want to tell you all that there’s nothing confirmed of me being on board for The Great Khali movie and If that happens I will share it with you all. I have been reading the news and getting messages but I have not been directly contacted for that,” she said.
Incidentally, she was said to be the lead actress ever since the film was announced and it had been in the pipeline for almost a year and a half. It remains to be seen if she indeed comes onboard the film. Meanwhile, the actress has also signed Vijay Devarakonda’s next film in Kranthi Madhav’s direction, and she is expected to shoot for her part soon.
