Amazon Prime Video previously scored a blockbuster on OTT with Allu Arjun’s Pushpa, a rustic action drama. Now, Netflix has bagged another rustic action drama from Tollywood, Dasara.
Of late, rustic action dramas have been the way forward for OTT films and Dasara falls under the same category.
It has to be seen if Dasara can be as big of a success for Netflix as Pushpa was for Amazon Prime Video. Can the Nani starrer as wild as a reception as Pushpa got from the global audience? We shall wait and see.
Dasara’s OTT debut is still a far way from now so this question will become increasingly relevant in the next few weeks.
