According to the latest talk in Filmnagar, the release date of Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s ‘Kick 2’ has been finalised more or less. Apparently,director Surender Reddy is looking at May 7th as a hit sentiment date for this movie’s release. Incidentally, Ravi Teja and Surender Reddy’s previous combo, ‘ Kick’ was released on same date and went on to mint money at the Box Office.
This date also has another significance.Kalyan Ram’s ‘Athanokkade’ , which was directed by Surender Reddy, also released on May 7th. And guess who the producer for ‘Kick 2’ is? It is none other than Nandamuri Kalyan Ram himself.
So, this date is ideal for the team from a sentiment point of view. Official word is awaited from movie team regarding the final release date very soon.
