Demonte Colony is one of the most successful franchises in Tamil cinema. The second film, titled Demonte Colony 2, starring Priya Bhavani Shankar and Arulnithi, was a solid blockbuster, earning over Rs. 50 crores gross in its lifetime. The movie also fared decently in Telugu.
A third part was also confirmed at the end of Demonte Colony 2. The latest update reveals that Demonte Colony 3 will hit the big screens on September 11, 2026. The makers dropped an intriguing poster to announce the release date. “The End Is Too Far” is the tagline.
The horror thriller, directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, is produced by Sudhan Sundaram, Manish Singhal, and Durgaram Choudhary. Meenakshi Govindarajan, Archana Ravichandran, and Muthukumar play key roles. Sam CS is the music composer.
