The latest and breaking news is that National Award-winning actor Dhanush has teamed up with Bollywood director Om Raut for the biopic of India’s former President APJ Abdul Kalam. The movie is titled Kalam, and the team unleashed a concept poster.
The tagline is “The Missile Man of India.” Om Raut faced massive trolls from all corners for the way he handled the big-ticket entertainer Adipurush. It’s been about two years since the film was released, and the director is still at the receiving end of criticism.
Hence, the announcement came as a huge surprise to one and all. The biographical film will be jointly produced by Abhishek Agarwal, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Anil Sunkara under the banners of T-Series, Abhishek Agarwal Arts, and AK Entertainments. The screenplay for this flick is written by Saiwyn Quadras.
