The dhamakedar trailer of Dhurandhar: The Revenge was unveiled by Aditya Dhar a few hours ago, and it has already started creating ripples on the internet. With the launch of this promotional asset, the makers also commenced advance bookings for the paid previews scheduled on March 18.
Within just a few hours of ticket sales going live, Dhurandhar 2 sold over 40K tickets in PIC (PVR, INOX, and Cinepolis), generating nearly Rs. 5 crores. Interestingly, Hyderabad has sold the highest number of tickets so far, indicating that the Bollywood biggie is all set to unleash a box office typhoon in the Nizam region.
These numbers are only for the paid previews, and advance bookings for the opening day and the weekend are yet to begin. Once those bookings open, the rampage is expected to reach another level.
The film also stars Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Danish Pandor, and Rakesh Bedi in key roles. The tentpole project is set to storm cinemas in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
