The latest web series, “Save The Tigers 2,” created by Mahi V Raghav, has become a massive hit. The show, which is streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar, registered record numbers in terms of viewership for any regional web series in its first week of release. Save The Tigers 1 was a blockbuster, Shaitan was another super hit, and now, with Save The Tigers 2 becoming a sensation, Mahi V Raghav registered a hat-trick of wins.
In addition to producing and directing films under his banner Three Autumn Leaves, Mahi Raghav has also become a pioneer in long-format storytelling by consistently delivering super hits as a showrunner for web series. Mahi V Raghav feels that the humor between the couples resonated well with the audience.
Mahi V Raghav says that he prefers to tell stories that are rooted so that they can resonate with the audience. While Season 1 showed the antics of frustrated husbands, Season 2 explored deeper themes about their responsibility and maturity. The director is happy that his banner has made a mark in this industry.
