The much-awaited theatrical trailer of Victory Venkatesh’s sports based action drama, Guru, will be unveiled on the 20th of this month at 8:30 pm. The film’s songs and teasers, which were released until a few days ago, have caught on well with fans.
Guru is an official remake of director Sudha Kongara’s Saala Khadoos. The film will showcase the mean and rugged side of Venky’s acting repertoire. Ritika Singh, who won a national award for her gutsy performance in the original, has reprised herself in the remake.
Shashikanth has produced this movie and Santosh Narayanan scored the soundtrack. Guru is slated for an April release.
