Fans and audiences worldwide are waiting for Superstar Rajinikanth’s return as Tiger Muthuvel Pandian in Jailer 2. The highly anticipated sequel, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, has now crossed a major milestone in ticket sales.
On the BookMyShow ticketing platform, the movie has sold more than 1 million tickets across all languages. This is a significant achievement for the sequel ahead of its release.
Meanwhile, there has been a buzz that Nelson has created his own cinematic universe by connecting this movie to the story of Doctor. This has surprised fans, but there is no solid evidence at the moment to confirm the connection.
Backed by Sun Pictures, the movie features Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Hrithik Roshan, Vijay Sethupathi, Jackie Shroff, Vidya Balan, S. J. Suryah, Ramya Krishnan, Mirnaa Menon, Yogi Babu, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Mithun Chakraborty. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music for this big-budget action entertainer.
