Bollywood actress Kajol is set to star in Maa, a horror thriller with a mythological connection. Directed by Vishal Furia, the film has garnered attention as the makers have officially announced its release date.
Maa is scheduled to hit theaters on June 27, 2025, and will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Bengali. The promotional campaign for the film is expected to commence soon.
Alongside Kajol, the film features Ronit Bose Roy, Indraneil Sengupta, and Kherin Sharma in pivotal roles. It is produced by Ajay Devgn and Jyoti Deshpande, with Kumar Mangat Pathak serving as the co-producer.
