Sandalwood star Yash of KGF fame has been given police protection following the death threats he had received a couple of weeks ago. Also, another leading Kannada star Darshan’s Bengaluru residence was attacked yesterday. Some unidentified miscreants reportedly pelted stones at the actor’s residence at 3:30 am on Saturday.
Both Yash and Darshan have extended their support to former heroine Sumalatha’s candidacy in the upcoming general elections. Recently, a JD (S) MLA threatened both Yash and Darshan of dire consequences. The attack and the subsequent police protection for both the stars have made the star heroes’ fans anxious.
