Nowadays, people are not bothered about the runtime of the film as they are glued to their seats if the content shown is good. Same is the case with Mahanati too as the film has been made on a lengthy note.
The film’s runtime has been locked at 176 minutes long which is close to three hours. The makers say that right from the childhood of Savitri to her last stages, they have shown most of her life.
Nag Ashwin directs this film which has been in the production from the past one and half years. Keerthy Suresh plays Savitri’s role in the film.
