Sumanth’s spiritual mystery thriller Mahendragiri Varahi, directed by Santhossh Jagarlapudi, is set against the mystical backdrop of Mahendragiri, where the divine presence of Goddess Varahi forms the soul of the story.
The film is bankrolled by Kalipu Madhu and Laxman under the banners Rajashyamala Entertainments and Bridge Films. To take the movie much closer to the audience, the team has come up with an idea that is both meaningful and memorable. Varahi Devi idols will be installed in theatres across the Telugu states, giving audiences a spiritual experience from the moment they enter the cinema premises.
The initiative is expected to make the theatrical experience more immersive and culturally meaningful. The campaign will begin tomorrow at Sree Ramulu Theatre in Moosapet, Hyderabad, where Sumanth, along with other members of the movie team, will take part in the idol installation ceremony.
With this unique promotional campaign, the makers aim to highlight the film’s devotional theme and make Mahendragiri Varahi stand out. The release date will be announced soon. Mahendragiri Varahi features Aishwarya Rajesh, Minakshi Goswami, Malvika Nair, Brahmanandam, Vennela Kishore, Rajeev Kanakala, Ali, and several notable actors in significant roles.
