Young Tamil filmmaker Atlee is undoubtedly the man of the season. The commercial entertainers’ specialist has just delivered one of the country’s biggest blockbusters with Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. The film has grossed over Rs 700 crore at the global box office and is inching towards the Rs 1,000 crore club.
It’s well known that Tamil superstar Thalapathy Vijay, with whom Atlee had delivered three consecutive blockbusters with Theri, Mersal and Bigil, was supposed to appear in a special cameo in Jawan. However, Vijay did not shoot for the cameo due to reasons unknown. Now, Atlee has made a sensational revelation in a latest interview.
The talented filmmaker said that he is planning a multi-starrer featuring both Shah Rukh Khan and Vijay and that was the reason why he didn’t proceed with his plan to rope in Vijay for a special cameo in Jawan. Atlee exuded confidence in cracking the right storyline that will do justice to the stardom of both SRK and Vijay. He went on to say that the film will surely collect more than Rs 1,500 crore. Well, a Shah Rukh-Vijay multi-starrer will surely be a dream come true for their fans.
