Salaar is the next theatrical outing from PAN India star Prabhas. The action drama directed by Prashanth Neel has mammoth hype among the audiences and fans. A rumor has been doing rounds on social media for the past couple of hours, which worried Prabhas fans.

Accordingly, a film’s Hindi theatrical rights deal is said to be kept on hold due to some issue with the Hindi distributor. Further, the rumor had it that this issue might result in the film’s postponement. Many believed it to be Salaar, and fans waited with bated breath for clarification from the production house.

The movie’s official handle has now given a huge sigh of relief to fans with a tweet confirming that Salaar will be released on December 22. With this, all the rumors regarding Salaar have been put to rest. Produced by Hombale Films, Salaar has Shruti Haasan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Jagapathi Babu in key roles.
