Dhurandhar, spearheaded by Ranveer Singh, has emerged as the highest-grossing Indian film of the year, amassing over Rs. 900 crores so far. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film is wreaking havoc at the box office with an extraordinary performance across all regions and is set to storm past the Rs. 1000 crore mark this week. Such has been its box office annihilation that several distributors from the South had requested dubbed versions.

However, Dhurandhar will not have a theatrical release in dubbed languages. But here’s the good news for South audiences: Dhurandhar 2 will have a simultaneous PAN-India release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam on March 19, 2026.

With just the Hindi version, Dhurandhar has already created massive waves, and the sequel is now poised to set new benchmarks in Indian cinema with its multi-lingual release. The makers have reiterated that there will be no change in the release date. Currently, post-production work is underway. The OTT release of Dhurandhar on Netflix will see a multi-lingual release.

The original version has been embraced by audiences across languages, prompting the makers to dub the sequel in South Indian languages. The film also stars Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, and Danish Pandor in pivotal roles, with music composed by Shaswat Sachdev.
