Pan-India star Prabhas is seen posing casually as he is being captured by Bollywood beauty Disha Patani on a flight in Italy. Prabhas, Disha, and the entire unit of the highly-anticipated sci-fi drama, Kalki 2898 AD, landed in Italy recently to film a song in the picturesque European nation.
In Kalki 2898 AD, Prabhas plays the titular role of Kalki, while details about Disha Patani’s role are kept under wraps. During a recent event, the film’s director Nag Ashwin revealed that Kalki 2898 AD has roots in ancient scriptures and also has a Mahabharata connect. Nag went on to reveal that the film’s story spans 6,000 years in time.
Legendary actors Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone, and others play key roles in this Ashwini Dutt production. The film is gearing up for its world theatrical release on May 9.
