Megastar Chiranjeevi surprised everyone by announcing a movie with new-age filmmaker Srikanth Odela. The director made a stunning debut with Nani’s rustic action drama Dasara. Srikanth Odela is now working on one more film with Nani, ‘The Paradise.’ After completing this flick, Srikanth will move on to Chiru’s project.
Sudhakar Cherukuri of SLV Cinemas will bankroll Chiranjeevi and Srikanth’s film, tentatively titled Mega156. In a recent interview, the producer made some interesting revelations about the movie. He said, “Mega156 is a period film. Not just that, The Paradise is also set against the period backdrop.”
There have been rumors that Mega156 won’t feature a heroine and that there won’t be any songs in the film. Sudhakar Cherukuri was asked to respond to these speculations. The producer stated, “There is no truth in what is being circulated on social media. We locked the DOP and music director. Currently, the story is in the development stage.”
