Megastar Chiranjeevi’s prestigious patriotic drama, Sye Raa Narasimhareddy, is one of the most eagerly awaited movies of 2019. The film is gearing up for a grand worldwide release on October 2 amid sky-high expectations. Popular director Surender Reddy has helmed this high budget biopic on the first Telugu freedom fighter, Uyyalawada Narasimhareddy.
In a latest interview with an English daily, Surender Reddy ended the ongoing reports that Sye Raa is made with a whopping Rs 250 crore budget. The director revealed that Sye Raa’s actual budget is Rs 270 crores. And Suri considers Sye Raa’s producer Ram Charan is the ‘real hero’ of the movie.
“Ram Charan never let money be a constraint. He told me not to compromise on the budget because this film is a dream gift from the son to his dad. He gave me a free hand and I am a little at ease in my heart because Ram Charan has loved the film,” Suri said.
