Released in 2013, Zanjeer, the official remake of Amitabh Bachchan’s iconic hit film of the same title, marked Ram Charan’s entry in Bollywood. However, the film ended up as a failure at the box-office, and Charan never returned to Bollywood since then.
In a latest interview, while promoting his Sankranthi entertainer, Vinaya Vidheya Rama, Charan opened up about his Bollywood comeback. “I have no plans to make a comeback in Bollywood. Of late, most Telugu films are collecting on par with Bollywood films. I don’t see any necessity to go back to Bollywood again,” said Charan.
