It is a known fact that director Nitesh Tiwari, of Dangal fame, is making a film on the Ramayana. Allu Aravind is also part of the film, which has gone on floors today.
The news is that the director Nitesh Tiwari has started the shoot with the body doubles of Ranbir Kapoor and Yash. The shooting is on in Mumbai’s Film City and all the action scenes are being shot against a green mat.
Sai Pallavi will be seen in the role of Sita Devi, and Ranbir plays Lord Rama. Yash will be seen as Ravana in this film, and they will join the shoot from next month onwards.
The film was in the headlines when producer Madhu Mantena walked out of the film for reasons unknown. Now, he has been replaced, and things are back on track.
