Ravi Teja’s highly anticipated film Irumudi officially locked August 21, 2026 as its release date today, sparking discussions about another major project that is currently scheduled to arrive on the same day, The Paradise, starring Nani and directed by Srikanth Odela.
The Paradise was originally announced for a March 26, 2026 release before being postponed to August 21. However, with Irumudi now confirming the same release date, fresh speculation has emerged regarding whether Nani’s ambitious project will stick to its announced schedule or opt for another postponement.
The uncertainty stems largely from the film’s production status. Reports suggest that a significant portion of the shoot is still pending, while the makers have remained largely silent since postponing the film from its original release slot. Apart from the first glimpse and the viral song “Ayya Share,” there have been no major updates regarding the film’s progress or promotional plans, leaving fans eager for clarity.
According to several online reports, The Paradise could be pushed to December 2026, although the makers have not officially commented on the speculation. If the reports prove accurate, the film would face a much longer delay than many had anticipated.
Backed by SLV Cinemas, The Paradise is being mounted on a massive scale and is widely regarded as one of the most ambitious projects in Nani’s career. The film stars Kayadu Lohar as the female lead, while veteran actor Mohan Babu is expected to play a key negative role. Music is being composed by Anirudh Ravichander, and the film is being planned as a large scale pan Indian release across multiple Indian and international languages.
For now, fans are awaiting an official update from the makers regarding the film’s release plans, as uncertainty continues to surround its August 21, 2026 date.
