Following the historic success of the Baahubali franchise, Prabhas became a pan-Indian star. His previous outing, Saaho, further consolidated his fan base in the North. Since the last couple of years, there have been numerous speculations about Prabhas’ future projects and his name was associated with some of India’s top filmmakers like Karan Johar, Prashant Neel and Rohit Shetty.
Now, there’s no clarity whether it’s a rumor or real news, but the latest buzz is that Prabhas may join forces with none other than one of India’s most acclaimed filmmakers, Shankar. Apparently, Shankar is planning a big budget action flick with the Rebel Star and Dil Raju may bankroll the project. However, we will have to wait for an official announcement to confirm this crazy speculation.
