Kantara is a film that has created a sensation of sorts with its collections. A few days back, the film landed in legal trouble when a band named Thaikkudam Bridge filed a complaint that the song ‘Varaha Roopam’ from Kantara is copied from their track ‘Navarasam’.
The latest verdict from one of the courts in Kerala is that the makers and the musical platforms cannot play the song without taking permission from Thaikkudam Bridge.
