Samantha has started promoting her new film Maa Inti Bangaaram, which releases this Friday. Directed by Nandini Reddy, the film will be along the lines of Rajinikanth’s Baasha. In an interview, the actress made some interesting comments about her career.
“I have done a bunch of films that I’m not proud of. In a short time, people started loving me, started screaming my name, and were looking forward to my movies. I was left in shock. I was addicted to the game of stardom. I was more interested in what the media was writing about me and how many films I acted in a year,” said Samantha.
She added that she never thought about what she was contributing to a film despite delivering hits and blockbusters. Samantha and Nandini Reddy scored a superhit with Oh Baby!, and let’s see if they can score another hit with Maa Inti Bangaaram.
