Kannada beauty Shraddha Srinath rose to fame in Telugu with the cult classic Jersey. But after that, the actress hasn’t been part of many Telugu films. Shraddha played a key role in Venkatesh’s Saindhav which is releasing for Sankranti. During its promotions, Shraddha was asked why she didn’t do many Tollywood films.
Shraddha Srinath said, “If I don’t like a script, I don’t do it. My standards are very high. If I am doing something after Jersey, it should be an equally good film as Jersey or an even better film. I have got many offers after Jersey. At some level, I got stereotyped.”
“I am okay with playing mother. If it is just a mother’s role without any substance, I won’t do such characters. I have multiple industries to pick from. I will always have work. But I have never been such a person. It’s 2024 now, and we have seen some excellent films emerge from India. Now it is the time to level up,” stated Shraddha Srinath.
