Director Alphonse Putheren who created a sensation with Premam directed a film called Gold with Prithiviraj Sukumaran and Nayanthara. Unfortunately, the film was bombed at the box office.
Now, the strong buzz is that Alphonse Putheren will be directing a straight Tamil movie. If the rumours are true, the movie will be bankrolled by Raahul of Romeo Pictures. An official announcement is still awaited.
