The team of Tharun Bhascker’s upcoming entertainer Gaayapadda Simham, directed by debutant Kasyap Sreenivas, recently grabbed attention with its humour-packed traiser, which received an encouraging response from audiences for its relatable theme and entertaining narrative.

Produced by Saptaswa Media Works, POV Stories, and Zee Studios, and presented by Pavan Sadineni, the makers have now released a lively promotional rap song that perfectly reflects the film’s satirical tone. The track explores the protagonist’s chaotic life after US President Donald Trump’s large-scale deportation announcement shatters his American Dream.

Featuring trendy beats and rap-heavy vocals by composer Sweekar Agasthi and rapper Asura, the song blends humour and satire with high-energy music. The lyrics, written by Sweekar Agasthi with rap portions by Asura, add a witty edge, while the contemporary instrumentation brings a youthful Gen Z flavour. The visuals humorously highlight passport rejection stamps, towering Trump statues, and even a comical “Happy Deportation” cake-cutting moment.

The video stands out for its vibrant choreography and lively presentation. Tharun Bhascker shines with his trademark humour amid the absurd situations, while Vishnu Oi adds a fun buddy dynamic. A majestic lion, symbolizing the resilient spirit of the “Gaayapadda Simham,” also makes a striking appearance. Sweekar Agasthi and Asura join the proceedings on screen, adding to the playful energy of the track.

The film stars Maanasa Choudhary and Faria Abdullah as the female leads, with Harshavardhan and Subhalekha Sudhakar playing important roles. With this quirky promotional rap, the makers have further heightened curiosity. The film is slated for a theatrical release in Summer 2026 and promises to be an entertaining ride.
