After a gap of nearly 8 years, National Award-winning Bollywood actress Tabu meet her Tollywood comeback with the Sankranthi blockbuster, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. The film’s massive success has made Tabu the go-to actress for author-backed roles in Tollywood.
Ever since Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’s release, several Tollywood filmmakers have been making a beeline to sign Tabu for their movies. However, the actress is said to be demanding a whopping Rs 1 crore as her remuneration. This reportedly left some of the medium budget producers to step back, while those who can afford Tabu’s fat paycheck are still trying to get her dates by pitching her strong, performance-oriented roles.
