Nithiin’s Thammudu has turned out to be a shocking disaster at the box office. Despite decent pre-release buzz, the film failed to attract audiences.
As per the latest update, Thammudu did not even register 40% occupancy in most areas of the Telugu states. The poor word of mouth has severely affected its collections.
On day two, Thammudu failed to make even Rs 2 crore gross, leaving trade surprised. The film, directed by Sreeram Venu and produced by Dil Raju, was expected to give Nithiin a much-needed hit, but the result has been disappointing.
