Superstar Mahesh Babu and SS Rajamouli are currently working together on Varanasi, a magnum opus being made on a sensational budget. Priyanka Chopra is the female lead in the film, while Prithviraj Sukumaran plays the antagonist.
Priyanka took to Instagram and announced that this was her last working day in Hyderabad for the month. She revealed that she is heading to Los Angeles for the promotions of her upcoming English action thriller The Bluff, which is set to release on February 25, 2026. So, the shooting will continue without her and she will soon join the sets.
The film also features Prakash Raj and a noted Tamil actor in a key role who recently appeared in a Bollywood blockbuster. KL Narayana and SS Karthikeya are producing the film, which is slated for release on April 7, 2027, in multiple languages. The project has music by MM Keeravaani and is being shot for IMAX to provide an immersive visual experience.
