Vijay Deverakonda’s Geetha Govindam, directed by Parasuram, is one of the biggest blockbusters in Tollywood in terms of Return On Investment (ROI). The actor and director teamed up once again for a project that has Mrunal Thakur as the female lead.
Now, the makers have officially confirmed that the film is titled Family Star. A title teaser has also been released, which depicts the film’s theme. Vijay Deverakonda says that it isn’t wrong if men take care of the household things like getting children ready for school and buying vegetables.
Going by this title glimpse, it is certain that the makers targeted the family audience. Vijay gives a sweet warning to a few goons, which indicates that the film will also have action elements. Mrunal Thakur is shown as Vijay’s wife in this glimpse. Overall, the glimpse gives the vibes of a clean family entertainer. Bankrolled by ace producer Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations, the film has the tunes of Gopi Sundar. The movie releases for Sankranthi 2024.
