The promotions of Baahubali have kick started in full swing and the first to meet the online media was milky beauty Tamannah. We caught up with her for a detailed interview. Let’s see what she has to say.
Q) A lot is already said about Baahubali. What do you have to say now ?
I think there is nothing much left to say about this film any more. Baahubali is like a visual wonder of Indian films. Everything associated with it is just magnanimous and mind blowing.
Q) Tell us about your role in the film ?
I play Avantika, a young princes in the film. It was a dream come true to play such an important character in India’s biggest motion picture. My role has come out extremely well and I have a few action sequences as well.
Q) How did you bag this film ?
I joined the film after one year of shoot. As Rajamouli felt that I would suit the role of a young princes, he offered me the role and I grabbed it with both hands.
Q) How was it working with Rajamouli ?
It was a boon for an actress like me. I was a part of his vision and blindly followed whatever he asked me to do. I can never forget the working experience and learnt a lot on this film.
Q) What do you have to say about team Bahubali ?
Now that the shooting has been wrapped up, I miss each and everyone in the team. We have lived a dream and I should particularly congratulate the producers Shobu and Prasad without whom the project would have never been made.
Q) So, did you watch the film ?
No ! I only watched my part and that too when I was dubbing for the Hindi version. I am very excited to watch it on the big screen.
Q) How has Baahubali helped your career ?
Baahubali will be one of the best films in my career. After Paiyya and 100% love, this is one film which I have connected to the most.
Q) Your future projects ?
I am currently doing Nag and Karthi’s multi-starrer and Bengal Tiger with Ravi Teja.
