Star actor-director duo Nandamuri Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu have done it yet again. Their latest release, Akhanda 2, has had a decent first weekend in cinemas worldwide.
As per the latest updates from trade circles, Akhanda 2 amassed a solid Rs 3.20 Cr share on Sunday in Nizam. The film’s three-day total share is adding 14 Cr. Akhanda 2 has collected over seventy percent of its investment, as revealed by star producer Dil Raju. He also revealed that the film is set to enter the profit zone very soon.
In its three-day theatrical journey, Akhanda 2 has collected close to Rs 55 crore share, reiterating the craze for the Balayya-Boyapati combo and the sequel. Samyukta Menon, Aadhi Pinisetty, and Harshaali Malhotra played key roles in the movie. Raam Achanta and Gopi Achanta produced the movie under the 14 Reels Plus banner, while Thaman is the film’s music composer.
