Prabhas fans waiting for Spirit to arrive on March 5, 2027, have a new update to deal with. Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has announced a new release date for the intense action drama.
According to the announcement, Spirit is now scheduled to release on October 29, 2027 as a Diwali special. A new poster featuring the release date has also been shared online.
The change may disappoint fans who were waiting for the film in March. Meanwhile, Prabhas’ Fauzi, which was earlier scheduled for December 2026, has also moved to 2027. This means a double delight for Prabhas fans next year, with both Spirit and Fauzi set to release in the same year. However, the new release date for Fauzi is yet to be announced.
Prabhas is also expected to resume work on Spirit after his current commitments. Triptii Dimri plays the female lead, while Vivek Oberoi will be seen as the antagonist. T-Series and Bhadrakali Pictures are producing the film, with Harshavardhan Rameshwar composing the music. The makers are also planning to release the film in multiple languages.
