Fans of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who are ecstatic over the historic success of Pathaan, are in for a rude shock now. An FIR has been lodged against Shah Rukh’s wife Gauri Khan in UP’s Lucknow over a property purchase issue.
According to the latest reports, a Mumbai resident named Jaswant Shah has filed an FIR against Gauri Khan under section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the IPC. In his complaint, Jaswant Shah alleged that the real estate company, of which Gauri Khan was the brand ambassador in the past, has failed to handover his flat despite charging Rs 86 lakhs from him. He alleged that he was influenced by Gauri Khan’s endorsement and made the purchase.
The complainant further alleged that the flat, located in the Tulsiyani Golf View at Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City area, has now been allotted to some other buyer. The complainant has also filed an FIR against the MD and Director of Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited.
