Tamil actor Suriya is known for his unique script selection. With films like Ghajini and 7th Sense, he became a favorite actor for the Telugu audience too. Recently the actor also received the National Film Best Actor Award for his stunning performance in Soorarai Pottru.
In an interview, the actor stated that he earned 736/- Rs as his monthly salary in his youth days after working for 18 hours in a garment factory. However, the actor often stated that he didn’t know his family’s background.
The actor is currently too busy with multiple films in his pipeline. Accordingly, he will be featured in Vaadi Vaasal under Vetrimaran’s direction and in an untitled under Shiva’s direction. Also, he is doing a cameo in Soorarai Pottru’s Hindi remake, which stars Akshay Kumar in the lead role.
