Mollywood industry has been consistently delivering some of the best thrillers in Indian cinema. At the beginning of this year, a suspense thriller named Aattam was released in theatres. The film, written and directed by Anand Ekarshi, received rave reviews from critics, and it also received recognition by premiering as the opening feature film at the 54th International Film Festival of India.
The movie has now made its digital debut on Prime Video. As of now, Aattam is available for streaming in Malayalam language along with English subtitles. Given its critical acclaim, the film is expected to get good viewership in the OTT space. Aattam deals with male hypocrisy, and it is said to be on the similar lines of Hollywood classic 12 Angry Men.
The film was bankrolled by Dr. Ajith Joy under the banner of Joy Movie Productions. Zarin Shihab, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Vinay Forty, Aji Thiruvankulam, Jolly Antony, Madan Babu, and others played vital roles. Basic CJ composed the tunes. Those who missed watching this suspense thriller can now catch it on Prime Video.
