Game Changer, one of the most talked-about films before its release, ended up as a massive disappointment at the box office. The political drama, directed by Shankar Shanmugam and featuring Ram Charan in dual roles, failed to connect with audiences, and the blame game began soon after. Even some of the technicians reportedly pointed fingers.

In a recent interaction, producer Shirish opened up about the aftermath. He revealed that following the film’s failure, neither Ram Charan nor director Shankar checked in with the production team. When asked whether they expected the star to return a portion of his remuneration, Shirish clarified, “No, we never asked him for that. The SVC banner has never done that with anyone.”

Whether Ram Charan or Shankar will respond to these comments is yet to be seen. As for teaming up with Ram Charan again, Shirish stated that nothing is on the cards for now. However, during the Thammudu trailer launch event, Dil Raju mentioned that they do plan to collaborate again and efforts are already underway.
