Jr NTR and Prashanth Neel’s much-awaited film, NTR 31, was announced long ago but has yet to go on floors due to their prior commitments. However, the wait seems to be coming to an end.
As per the latest buzz, the first schedule of the movie, reportedly named Dragon, is set to begin next week in Vikarabad Forest. However, reports suggest that the initial scenes will be shot without Jr NTR. The actor is currently busy with his Bollywood debut, War 2, and will join the shoot once he wraps up his commitments.
Rukmini Vasanth is almost confirmed as the female lead, while Tovino Thomas is reportedly playing a key role. However, official confirmation from Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts is still awaited. Ravi Basrur will compose the music for this pan-Indian action drama, which is slated for a grand Sankranthi release on January 9, 2026.
