The much-awaited announcement on Kollywood stalwart Superstar Rajinikanth’s 170th movie is out finally. Tentatively titled Thalaivar170, this prestigious project will be bankrolled under Lyca Productions banner.
In its official announcement, Lyca Productions revealed that TJ Gnanavel, the talented director who helmed Suriya’s critically acclaimed social drama, Jai Bhim, will be directing Thalaivar170. Furthermore, Rockstar Anirudh Ravichander will be composing the soundtrack for this crazy project. The film is slated for a 2024 release.
Thalaivar170’s production formalities will be supervised by GKM Tamil Kumaran, one of the producers at Lyca Productions. Today’s announcement is made on the occasion of Lyca Productions Chairman Subaskaran’s birthday.
