Film star turned politician Pawan Kalyan escaped unhurt in a car accident on the Rangampeta highway in East Godavari district tonight. Pawan and his team were on their way to attend a public meeting in Rajanagaram and a car in his convoy hit a lorry which was coming in the opposite direction.
While Pawan managed to escape unscratched, three bouncers and four security personnel accompanying the Janasena President sustained minor injuries. The victims have been rushed to a nearby hospital and they will be discharged soon. Cops are probing the incident.
