Rajamouli’s ambitious multi-starrer featuring NTR and Ram Charan, RRR, is scheduled to hit screens on July 30 next year. However, with the film’s shooting schedules being postponed a few times, there were speculations that the film may not release as per the schedule.
Now, Rajamouli’s latest statement on RRR’s release date has given rise to fresh speculations. The star director was the chief guest at the pre-release event of the upcoming thriller, Mathu Vadalara. When asked about RRR’s release date, Rajamouli said, “Mathu Vadalara’s team itself took 1 year to complete their film. So please don’t ask me about RRR’s release date.”
Nearly 80 percent of RRR’s shoot has been completed already, and the post-production formalities will begin sometime early next year. For now, only Rajamouli knows RRR’s release date.
